1. Operator and effective date
These terms are effective October 14, 2026 and apply to x100traffic.com, x100traffic desktop software, and related connection services. The product is operated by Trần Dư Khánh, an individual based in Vietnam. By installing or using the product, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Product nature
x100traffic is desktop software. The website provides information, support documentation, and verified installers; it is not a SaaS replacement for downloading, localization, rendering, publishing, or Page management performed on the user's computer.
3. Content rights
You may only download, edit, translate, render, or publish content you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for copyright, image rights, trademarks, advertising rules, content accuracy, and destination-platform policies.
4. Third-party platforms
Facebook, source platforms, and AI providers have their own terms and policies. x100traffic does not control and cannot guarantee that third-party APIs, limits, prices, interfaces, or access remain unchanged.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass CAPTCHA, DRM, privacy controls, or access limits.
- Do not share tokens, passwords, API keys, or App Secrets.
- Review content, the target Page, and the schedule before approval.
- Do not use the product for spam, fraud, infringement, or unlawful conduct.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or obtain unauthorized access to another person's system or data.
6. License, payment, and updates
The x100traffic license is granted according to the plan, term, and device count displayed at purchase or agreed separately. Specific pricing, renewal, refund, and support terms must be shown to the customer before payment. Install only official releases with a verified version and checksum.
7. Availability and responsibility
x100traffic is provided on an as-available basis. AI results, translations, schedules, and generated content must be reviewed before use. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by infringing content, user error, interruption of a third-party platform, or use contrary to product instructions.
8. Suspension and termination
Connection services or support may be suspended where there is evidence of abuse, unlawful activity, infringement, or a security risk. Users may stop using and uninstall the software and request deletion through the Data Deletion page.
9. Governing law and contact
