Data Deletion

Disconnect services, remove local data, and request deletion of data controlled by x100traffic.

1. Official request method

This is x100traffic's official data-deletion instructions page. Email support@x100traffic.com with the subject “x100traffic Data Deletion Request”. Send the request from an address that can be verified and include your name, customer or connection ID if available, and the scope of data to delete. Never include an access token, App Secret, API key, or password.

2. Delete data on your computer

Local data is controlled by the user. Stop active work, back up anything you need, and use the in-app deletion feature or the version-specific removal instructions. Do not manually remove directories containing unfinished download, render, or publishing queues.

3. Disconnect Facebook

  • In x100traffic, use Disconnect when that control is available in the version you use.
  • In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select x100traffic, and choose Remove.
  • Revoking Facebook access stops new access but does not delete files on your computer; also complete step 1 or step 2 if you want those files removed.

4. Verification and timing

To prevent unauthorized deletion, x100traffic may verify your authority over the relevant account or connection. A valid request will be completed within 30 days. You will receive email confirmation when processing is complete or when more information is required.

5. Deletion scope

x100traffic will delete or anonymize data it controls, including connection identifiers, approved Page lists, stored connection tokens, and support records covered by the request. Records required by Vietnamese law or needed for disputes, fraud prevention, or security investigations may be retained only for the necessary scope and duration.

Deleting x100traffic data does not automatically remove posts already published to Facebook. Users may remove those posts on Facebook or ask x100traffic to remove them when a valid connection and authorized feature remain available.

6. Contact

Request handler: Trần Dư Khánh, Vietnam. Email: support@x100traffic.com.
